Welcome to the re-occurring dues payment program.
The pricing that is listed is based off of 12 calendar months (January - December). If starting a monthly subscription, a larger one time payment may be necessary at the beginning to catch up your dues for any months that were missed prior to starting. This would be coordinated through the office once you begin a monthly payment plan. When paying your dues via a subscription you will be paying in advance. For example, your payments throughout the current year would be for next years dues.
The following is the breakdown of your dues and what it covers.
$5 - Hospital Assessment
$50 - Imperial Shriners Per Capita
$100 - Zuhrah Temple Dues
If the total amount of your dues changes by either the Hospital, Imperial Shriners or Zuhrah, you will be contacted by the office to end your current monthly payments and to reestablish a new payment plan with the updated pricing.
A 4% Credit Card fee will be applied monthly and will be added to your total when checking out.
